Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
  • 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).

  3. In a small saucepan, heat honey and coconut oil until melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  4. Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.

  8. Store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
