A quick and easy recipe for homemade granola using an air fryer.
Ingredients

- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/2 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/2 cup nuts (almonds, walnuts, or pecans)
- 1/2 cup dried fruit (raisins, cranberries, or apricots)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
- In a large bowl, mix oats, nuts, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a small saucepan, heat honey and coconut oil until melted. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
- Pour the honey mixture over the oat mixture and stir until well combined.
- Spread the mixture evenly in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Let granola cool completely before adding dried fruit.
- Store in an airtight container.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Experiment with different nuts and fruits.
- Make sure to cool completely before storing to avoid sogginess.
