Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the gnocchi, olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss until the gnocchi are evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned gnocchi in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches depending on your air fryer size.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the gnocchi are golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve immediately, garnished with Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.
