- 2 potatoes (cut into chips)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1 egg (beaten)

Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the potatoes into chips and soak them in water for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.
- Toss the chips in a bowl with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook the chips for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through until golden and crispy.
- While the chips are cooking, prepare the fish. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten egg, and panko breadcrumbs.
- Season the fish fillets with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dredge each fillet in flour, dip in egg, and then coat with panko breadcrumbs.
- Spray the air fryer basket with olive oil and place the breaded fish fillets in a single layer.
- Air fry the fish for 10-12 minutes until golden brown and cooked through, flipping halfway.
- Serve the fish and chips hot with tartar sauce or your favorite dipping sauce.
