Ingredients

  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
  2. In a saucepan, combine water and butter. Bring to a boil.
  3. Stir in flour and salt until the mixture forms a ball.
  4. Remove from heat and let cool for 5 minutes.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  6. Transfer dough to a piping bag with a star tip.
  7. Pipe churros onto parchment paper in desired lengths.
  8. Spray churros with cooking spray.
  9. Air fry for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Roll churros in the mixture.
