Ingredients

- 1 pound chicken tenderloins
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place breadcrumbs.
- Coat each chicken tender in the flour mixture, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Place the coated chicken tenders in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and cooked through.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on the thickness of the chicken.
- For extra crunch, spray lightly with oil before cooking.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
