  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Cooking spray or olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a second bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
  5. Coat each chicken tender first in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs. Press the breadcrumbs onto the chicken to ensure they stick.
