Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts, sliced into cutlets
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet in the egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  6. Place the cutlets in the basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown.
  8. Check that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
