  • 1 cup whole wheat breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon paprika

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow bowl, mix together the breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. In another bowl, beat the egg and add the olive oil, mixing well.
  4. Slice the chicken breasts into cutlets if they are not already cut.
  5. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg mixture, allowing excess to drip off, then coat it in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing lightly to adhere.
  6. Place the coated chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
