Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (panko or regular)
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another shallow dish, beat the eggs.
  4. Dip each chicken cutlet into the egg, allowing excess to drip off, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to adhere.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray or brush with olive oil.
  6. Place the coated chicken cutlets in a single layer in the basket, making sure they do not overlap.
  7. Spray the tops of the cutlets lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with a little olive oil.
  8. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the cutlets are golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  9. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
