- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
- Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko mixed with spices in a third.
- Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with panko.
- Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
- Place the chicken breasts in the basket, ensuring they do not touch.
- Spray the tops lightly with cooking spray.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for thicker breasts.
- Let chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
