Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (190°C).
  2. Set up a breading station: place flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko mixed with spices in a third.
  3. Coat each chicken breast in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with panko.
  4. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in the basket, ensuring they do not touch.
