Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Pat the chicken breasts dry with paper towels, then coat them with the oil and spice mixture thoroughly.
  4. Place the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer, making sure they are not overlapping.
  5. Cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing.
