Description

A quick and easy recipe for making cheesy tortilla garlic bread using an air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 4 tortillas
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
  3. Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered side of each tortilla.
  5. Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  6. Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
  7. Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges and serve.

Notes

  • You can use any type of tortilla you prefer.
  • Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
