A quick and easy recipe for making cheesy tortilla garlic bread using an air fryer.

- 4 tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and dried parsley.
- Brush the garlic butter mixture evenly over one side of each tortilla.
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese over the buttered side of each tortilla.
- Place the tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 5-7 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer, let cool for a minute, then cut into wedges and serve.
Notes
- You can use any type of tortilla you prefer.
- Add a pinch of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with marinara sauce for dipping.
