- 1 medium butternut squash, peeled, seeded, and cubed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the cubed butternut squash, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and rosemary (if using). Toss until the squash is evenly coated.
- Place the squash in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the squash is tender and slightly caramelized.
- Remove from the air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
- For added sweetness, you can sprinkle a little brown sugar on the squash before air frying.
