Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for crispiness and cook a few more minutes if needed.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- For extra flavor, add balsamic vinegar before serving.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
