- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (optional)
- Parmesan cheese for topping (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
- Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
- If desired, drizzle with balsamic vinegar and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese before serving.
