Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, toss the halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  3. Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer. You may need to cook them in batches.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until they are crispy and golden brown.
