- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, trimmed and halved
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil, honey, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-18 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Check for desired crispiness and cook longer if needed.
- Remove and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust honey for sweetness preference.
- Can add balsamic vinegar for extra flavor.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
