Description
Crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts with a sweet and spicy honey sriracha glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp sriracha sauce
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F.
- In a bowl, toss Brussels sprouts with olive oil and salt.
- In a separate bowl, mix honey and sriracha.
- Coat Brussels sprouts with the honey sriracha mixture.
- Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Air fry for 15-20 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Remove from air fryer and serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust sriracha for desired spiciness.
- For extra crispiness, leave sprouts in the air fryer longer.
