- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine Brussels sprouts, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well to coat the Brussels sprouts evenly.
- Place the Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- Once crispy and browned, remove from the air fryer and serve hot.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Feel free to add parmesan cheese for added flavor.
