Description
Crispy air fryer Brussels sprouts with an Asian twist.
Ingredients

- 1 lb Brussels sprouts, halved
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and ginger.
- Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
- Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Airt fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Once done, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time for larger or smaller Brussels sprouts.
- For extra crunch, cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
