Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp ginger, minced
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 2 green onions, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic powder, and ginger.
  3. Add Brussels sprouts to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. Place Brussels sprouts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  5. Airt fry for 15-18 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Once done, sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
