Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in chicken thighs
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
  4. Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up.
  5. Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
  6. Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crispy skin, you can increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
  • Marinating the chicken thighs for a few hours or overnight can enhance the flavor.
  • Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
