- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Add the chicken thighs to the bowl and toss until they are well coated with the spice mixture.
- Place the chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer, skin side up.
- Cook for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C) and the skin is crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crispy skin, you can increase the temperature to 425°F (220°C) for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
- Marinating the chicken thighs for a few hours or overnight can enhance the flavor.
- Make sure not to overcrowd the air fryer basket to ensure even cooking.
