Description
These air fryer biscuit donuts are quick and easy to make, fluffy on the inside, and perfectly sweet with a delightful glaze. Perfect for breakfast or a sweet treat!
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Open the can of biscuit dough and separate the biscuits. Use a small round cutter to cut a hole in the center of each biscuit to form a donut shape.
- Spray the air fryer basket with non-stick cooking spray. Place the donuts in the basket in a single layer, making sure they do not touch.
- Air fry the donuts for 5-6 minutes or until they are golden brown and cooked through. You may need to do this in batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
- While the donuts are cooking, prepare the cinnamon sugar by combining the granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Once the donuts are done, immediately brush them with melted butter and toss them in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract in a bowl until smooth. Drizzle over the donuts before serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add toppings such as sprinkles or chocolate glaze for a fun twist.
- You can also use different flavored extracts in the glaze for a unique taste.
