Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the bananas into thin, even rounds.
- In a bowl, toss the banana slices with lemon juice, cinnamon, and salt until evenly coated.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Arrange the banana slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not overlapping.
- Air fry for 10-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the banana chips are golden and crispy.
- Remove the chips and let them cool completely before serving. They will crisp up even more as they cool.

- For sweeter chips, use overripe bananas.
