Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil or cooking spray
  • 1/8 tsp salt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Slice bananas thinly (2-3mm) using a knife or mandoline.
  3. Toss slices with lemon juice to prevent browning.
  4. Lightly spray the air fryer basket with oil.
  5. Arrange banana slices in a single layer in the basket.
  6. Air fry for 10 minutes, flip, then fry another 5-8 minutes until crisp.
  7. Sprinkle with cinnamon or salt while warm if desired.
  8. Let cool completely before storing.
