A quick and easy air fryer recipe for sticky Asian-style chicken with a sweet and savory glaze.
Ingredients

- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- 1 tsp minced ginger
- 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 green onion, sliced
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade and coat evenly. Let sit for 15 minutes.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
- Flip chicken and cook for another 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
- In a small pan, mix cornstarch and water. Add the remaining marinade and cook until thickened.
- Brush the glaze over the cooked chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onions.
Notes
- For crispier chicken, pat thighs dry before marinating.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spiciness.
- Serve with rice or steamed vegetables.
