Ingredients

- 4 cups bone broth
- 2 cups vegetables of choice (like zucchini or spinach)
- 1 pound protein of choice (chicken, beef, or pork)
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion, carrots, and celery. Sauté until softened.
- Stir in garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper. Cook for another minute.
- Add bone broth and bring to a boil.
- Add vegetables and protein. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
- Adjust seasoning as needed and serve hot.
