Ingredients

Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onions and garlic; sauté until translucent.
- Add beef and brown on all sides.
- Stir in ginger, paprika, and cumin.
- Add chopped vegetables, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
