Instructions
- Heat oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until fragrant.
- Add meat and cook until browned.
- Add vegetables and stir well.
- Pour in the broth and add spices.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat.
- Simmer for 30 minutes until meat is tender.
- Serve hot with bread or rice.
