This easy 5 ingredient corn casserole is made with Jiffy mix and is a perfect side dish for any meal. It’s creamy, savory, and always a hit!

- 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
- 1 can (15 oz) whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 can (15 oz) cream-style corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the Jiffy corn muffin mix, whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, sour cream, and melted butter.
- Mix until just combined, being careful not to overmix.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add shredded cheese on top during the last 10 minutes of baking for an extra cheesy flavor.
- Feel free to mix in diced jalapeños or bell peppers for added flavor.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator until ready to bake.
