Celebrate Independence Day with these delicious and visually stunning 4th of July desserts that will impress your friends and family.
Ingredients

- 1 box of red velvet cake mix
- 1 box of blue raspberry gelatin
- 1 container of whipped cream
- 1 cup of fresh strawberries, sliced
- 1 cup of fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of mini marshmallows
- 1 cup of white chocolate chips
- Sprinkles in red, white, and blue
Instructions
- Prepare the red velvet cake according to package instructions and bake in a 9×13 inch pan. Allow to cool completely.
- Once the cake is cooled, use a fork to crumble it into a large bowl.
- In a separate bowl, prepare the blue raspberry gelatin according to package instructions. Allow to set until firm.
- Cut the set gelatin into small cubes.
- In a large trifle dish or individual cups, layer the crumbled red velvet cake, blue raspberry gelatin cubes, whipped cream, strawberries, blueberries, and marshmallows.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a layer of whipped cream on top.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips and festive sprinkles over the top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow flavors to meld.
Notes
- You can substitute with any red and blue fruits of your choice.
- Make sure to use unsweetened whipped cream for a less sweet dessert.
- This dessert can be made a day in advance; just add the sprinkles right before serving.
