  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup salsa
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Season chicken breasts with garlic powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, pour in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  6. Stir in shredded cheddar cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Add salsa and mix well.
  8. Return chicken to the skillet, coating it with the cheese sauce.
  9. Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.
