- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella recommended)
- 1/2 cup flour (almond or whole wheat for a healthier option)
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Optional: spices like paprika or cayenne for extra flavor
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, shredded cheese, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture and flatten them into thin rounds on a piece of parchment paper.
- Carefully place the rounds in the air fryer basket, making sure they are not touching each other.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the chips are golden brown and crispy. Check frequently to prevent burning.
- Once done, remove the chips from the air fryer and let them cool for a few minutes to harden further.
- Serve immediately or store in an airtight container for later.
